OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, you must be: (i) 19 years of age or older: (ii) a resident of Alberta who lives within a 50 mile radius of the City of Calgary; (iii) registered as a Molson Insider. If you are not already registered as a Molson Insider, visit www.molsoncanadian.ca to subscribe. You are not eligible if you are: a) an employee of Molson Canada 2005, Calgary Flames Limited Partnership, (collectively, the “Sponsors”), and each of their respective affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, contest judging organization, any participating stores or the prize suppliers; b) an employee or contractor of a provincial liquor authority, a beer distribution company or a participating licensed establishment, or, in the case of residents of British Columbia, any provincial liquor authority or liquor licensee; or c) a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons.
2. HOW TO PLAY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins on or around October 3rd, 2008 and all entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm (ET) on March 24th, 2009 (the “Contest Period”).To enter, visit www.molsoncanadian.ca/hockey (the “Contest Website”), click on the “Score Predictor” feature and follow the instructions on how to play for a chance to win a Bi-Weekly Prize Pack (see Rule 3a below for bi-weekly prize pack details), plus a chance to win the Grand Prize (see Rule 3b for grand prize details). Entrants will have a 2 week window where they will be able to choose the team whom they believe will perform the best on that particular game date plus a chance to predict what the final score may be at the end of that particular game (the “PICK”). For every game, an entrant decides to participate and predict the outcome they will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: If the entrant is successful in choosing the winning team for that particular game they will receive an additional two (2) entries into the Contest. If the entrant is successful in predicting the final score for that particular game they will receive three (3) additional entries into the Contest. In the event, an entrant decides to make any change(s) to his/her PICK this can be done at anytime and as often as they want including up until an hour before that particular game begins. Entries are cumulative throughout the Contest Period. Limit: one (1) PICK per person per email per game. All PICK’s must be entered one hour before each game. Sponsors will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected or late entries, which will be void. Any use of automated devices is prohibited.
3. PRIZES:
a. BI-WEEKLY PRIZE PACKS: Every two weeks one (1) Bi-Weekly Prize Pack will be available to be won. Each Bi-Weekly Prize Pack consists of: (i) one (1) RBK Short Sleeve Speedwick Performance Tee; (ii) one (1) RBK Long Sleeve Speedwick Performance Tee; (iii) one (1) RBK Performance Pullover; (iv) one (1) RBK Tactel Flex Cap embroidered with the Molson Canadian & Ottawa Senators logo. Bi-Weekly Prize Pack will be delivered to the winner’s residence within six (6) weeks of being declared a winner. Approximate Value of each Bi-Weekly Prize Pack: $100.00 CAD.
b. GRAND PRIZES:There are four (4) Grand Prizes available to be won. Each Grand Prize consists of: (i) two (2) round trip economy class plane tickets departing on April 7th, 2009 and returning on April 8th, 2009 from the closest major airport in Calgary, Alberta to Vancouver, British Columbia for the winner and one (1) guest (the “Trip”); (ii) one (1) night standard hotel accommodation (double occupancy); and (iii) two (2) tickets to see the Calgary Flames play Vancouver on April 7, 2009 (seat selection will be determined by Sponsors) for the winner and one (1) guest (the “Event”). Approximate value: $3000.00 CAD.
Winner and guest are responsible for any expenses not specifically described above as included in the Prize, including but not limited to ground transportation between winner’s residence and the designated airport, any additional transportation, travel and/or medical insurance, meals, drinks, gratuities, taxes and all incidental and personal expenses. Winner and guest must travel together departing from the same designated point on the dates required or the Prize will be forfeited. All travel arrangements, accommodation and scheduled Event will be arranged by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Winner and guest will be required to follow all directions given by the Sponsors and/or Event organizers; failure to do so may result in termination of their participation, or continued participation, in the Prize and/or Event. Once travel itinerary has been finalized between winner and Sponsors; no changes can be made unless approved by Sponsors. Winner’s guest must be 19 years of age or older to participate in this Prize. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documentation including photo identification and must be free from any legal restrictions on their ability to travel or otherwise participate in the Trip.
Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, whether in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsors sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Prize of equivalent monetary value if a Prize, or any part of the Prize, cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prizes will only be released to the verified winners. Return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Limit: one (1) Bi-Weekly Prize Pack per household per month. Limit: one (1) Grand Prize per household.
4. BI-WEEKLY PRIZE PACKS DRAWINGS: On the draw dates indicated in the chart below, a random drawing will be conducted from the total entries received during the 2 week period prior to and including up until the day before the draw date. 6. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION: To be declared a winner of any Prize, a selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone or by email. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted and the skill-testing question administered within five (5) business days, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant.
7. RELEASES, ETC.: Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant may be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a Release of Liability, releasing Molson Canada 2005, Calgary Flames Limited Partnership, and each of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, contest judging organization, provincial liquor authorities, beer distribution companies, parent companies and affiliates of the foregoing and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Contest or the Prize. Declaration and Release documents must be returned within the time period indicated in the documents or the Prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize winner’s guest must also sign and return a Declaration and Release of Liability form prior to travel and name of guest may not be changed once the Declaration and Release of Liability form has been received by Sponsors or their agent.
8. PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest. By accepting a Prize, winners consent to the use of their names, addresses (city, province/territory), voices, statements and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any media or formats, including but not limited to the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Without limiting the release provided in Paragraph 6 above, and for greater certainty, Releasees will not be liable for: a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by Contest Website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; b) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or the Contest Website; c) any problems with, or technical malfunctions of, telephone networks or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; d) any failure of any e-mail to be received by or from Sponsors for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof; or e) damage to a participant’s or other person’s system occasioned by participation or downloading of materials in this Contest.
10. RIGHT TO TERMINATE, SUSPEND OR AMEND: Sponsors reserve the right to terminate or amend this Contest at any time and without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules.
11. MISCELLANEOUS: All decisions of the Sponsors, or any contest judging organization as designated by it, are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A selected entrant may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry.
Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify, from this Contest and any future Contest or other promotion conducted by Sponsors, any individual that they find or believe to be not in compliance with these Official Rules, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Contest Website; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. 5. GRAND PRIZE DRAWINGS: On or around March 21, 2009, a random drawing will be conducted from the total entries received throughout the Contest Period. 6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Without limiting the release provided in Paragraph 6 above, and for greater certainty, Releasees will not be liable for: a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by Contest Website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; b) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or the Contest Website; c) any problems with, or technical malfunctions of, telephone networks or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; d) any failure of any e-mail to be received by or from Sponsors for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof; or e) damage to a participant’s or other person’s system occasioned by participation or downloading of materials in this Contest.
10. RIGHT TO TERMINATE, SUSPEND OR AMEND: Sponsors reserve the right to terminate or amend this Contest at any time and without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules.
11. MISCELLANEOUS: All decisions of the Sponsors, or any contest judging organization as designated by it, are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A selected entrant may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry.
Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify, from this Contest and any future Contest or other promotion conducted by Sponsors, any individual that they find or believe to be not in compliance with these Official Rules, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Contest Website; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Molson Canadian – Crowfoot Win a Trip To see the Calgary Flames in Vancouver (“Contest”)
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Beginning on or around November 1st, 2008, look for Official Entry Forms at participating Calgary Crowfoot Liquor Stores in Alberta. To enter, clearly and legibly hand-print all required information on the Official Entry Form as well as your answer to the skill-testing question, sign it where indicated and deposit it in the Ballot Box at a participating location. Entries must be completed and submitted by the entrant him/herself. Limit: one (1) entry per person per day. Only original, hand-printed entries will be eligible; no photocopies or other reproductions. All entries must be deposited by the close of business at participating locations on December 31st, 2008.
2. PRIZES: There are four (4) Prizes available to be won. Each Prize consists of: (i) two (2) round trip economy class airline tickets departing on April 7, 2009 from the closest major Canadian airport to the winner’s residence and onward to Vancouver, British Columbia and returning on April 8, 2009 for the winner and one (1) guest (the “Trip”); (ii) one (1) night standard hotel accommodation (double occupancy); and (iii) two (2) tickets to see the Calgary Flames vs Vancouver on April 7, 2009 (specific seating to be determined by Molson Canada 2005 (the “Sponsor”) in its sole discretion) for the winner and one (1) guest (the “Event”). Approximate value: $1,700.00 CAD.
Winner and guest are responsible for any expenses not specifically described above as included in the Prize, including but not limited to ground transportation between winner’s residence and originating departure airport, any additional transportation, travel and/or medical insurance, meals, drinks, gratuities, taxes, airport improvement fees and all incidental and personal expenses. Winner and guest must travel together departing from the same originating departure airport on the dates required or the Prize will be forfeited. All travel arrangements, accommodation and the scheduled Event will be arranged by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and guest will be required to follow all directions given by the Sponsor and/or Event organizers; failure to do so may result in termination of their participation, or continued participation, in the Prize, Trip and/or Event. 3. CONTEST RULES
ELIGIBILITY
1. The Molson Canadian Fan Favourite Contest (the “Contest”) is conducted by Capital Sports & Entertainment Inc. and Molson Canada 2005 (“Molson”) (collectively, the “Sponsors”) and is open to all residents of Ontario who reside within a fifty (50) mile/approximately eighty (80) kilometer radius of the corporate city limits of the City of Ottawa and who have reached the legal drinking age in the province in which they reside.
2. Entrants are not eligible to participate in the Contest if they are:
a) employees, agents or representatives of the Sponsors or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, sponsors, advertising or promotional agencies, contest judging organization, any provincial liquor authority or beer distribution company, or assignees; or
b) a member of the household and/or immediate family of any of the above parties. For the purpose of the Contest Rules, “immediate family” means husband, wife, spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son and/or daughter, whether or not they reside in the same household.
3. The Sponsors shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Contest. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period of time may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsors for the purpose of this Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entry or entrant in its and their sole discretion, should any entry or entrant at any stage contain and/or supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
HOW TO ENTER
4. The Contest begins on October 11, 2008, and ends on March 22, 2009, at 8:00am (ET) (the “Contest Period”).
5. There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. During each 2008-09 Ottawa Senators regular-season home game beginning October 11, 2008 and ending March 22, 2009, vote for an Ottawa Senators player as your Molson Canadian Fan Favorite of the game (the “Fan Favourite”). Voting begins at the start of each game (ET) and ends at 8:00am (ET) the day immediately following the game. To enter, using a wireless handset device with text message capability (i) input your player selection by texting in the word OTTAWA followed immediately by a space followed immediately by the Sens jersey number corresponding to the Sens player you deem as the Fan Favourite (for example: OTTAWA 7) and send to 36969; or (ii) drop off a hand-drawn ballot indicating your full name, address, home telephone number, date of birth, and valid email address at Ottawa Senators Reception Desk (Gate #2) located at Scotiabank Place, 1000 Palladium Drive, Kanata, Ontario, K2V 1A5. Standard text messaging rates apply. Check your service carrier plan for your standard text messaging fees. The Fan Favourite selected must have logged ice time during the game. All entries must be received by March 22, 2009, at 8:00am (ET). No entries will be accepted by any other means.
The Sponsors reserve the right to choose the final player if the Fan Favourite was not playing that night or participated in a fight that resulted in penalty minutes and/or a game misconduct and/or a suspension.
6. There is no limit on the number of entries. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and none will be returned for any reason. All entries must be received during the Contest Period. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, garbled, mechanically or electronically reproduced, or tampered with in any way. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted a text entry, the text entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the wireless cell phone number from which the text entry was submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder’ is defined as the natural person who is assigned a wireless cell phone number by a wireless cell phone service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning wireless cell phone numbers. A selected entrant may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the wireless cell phone number associated with the selected entry.
PRIZE
7. There are six (6) prizes in total (each, a “Prize”) available to be won. One (1) Prize will be awarded to each Contest winner (a, “Winner”) each month during the Contest consisting of: (i) two (2) tickets in the 200 level to an Ottawa Senators 2008-09 regular season home game at Scotiabank Place on a date to be determined by the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club; and (ii) the opportunity to present the Molson Cup to an Ottawa Senators player prior to the game. The approximate retail value of each Prize is CDN $175.06 excluding taxes and applicable fees. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Each entrant is eligible to win only (1) Prize.
8. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize cannot be awarded as described due to unavailability for any reason. In the event that the Prize consists of or includes attendance at an event that is cancelled, delayed or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever, a substitute prize or cash equivalent will not be provided.

The Winner may claim his/her Prize at the Scotiabank Place located at 1000 Palladium Dr., Kanata, Ontario within five (5) business days after he/she has been successfully contacted and notified of his/her Prize, has complied with the Official Contest Rules and has signed and returned the Contest Release (described below).

SKILL TESTING QUESTION
17. In order to be eligible to win the Prize, the selected eligible entrant shall be required to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise. The selected eligible entrant may be required to swear an affidavit indicating compliance with this section. The skill-testing question will be administered by telephone.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
18. By participating in this Contest, entrant agrees:
a) to be bound by the Contest Rules;
b) to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and
c) to sign and return a publicity release and release of liability (the “Contest Release”) which confirms, among other things, that the entrant: (i) releases Capital Sports Properties Inc. (“the Ottawa Senators”), Molson Canada 2005, MyThum Interactive, Biovail Corporation, Aramark Entertainment Services (Canada), Inc., the National Hockey League (“NHL”), the NHL Member Clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., the NHLPA and current and former players, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, and related entities, as well as the owners, governors, officers, directors, partners, partnerships, principals, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, promoters, and advertisers of all the foregoing from any and all liability arising out of or in any way connected to his or her participation in the Contest, participation in any Contest-related activity, the acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, the use of personal information described herein and the use of merchandise purchased as a result of winning the Prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom; and (ii) grants to the Sponsors and/or their agents the unrestricted right to produce, reproduce, publish, broadcast, communicate by telecommunication, exhibit, distribute, adapt and otherwise use or re-use the entrant’s address and city/province of residence, statements, endorsements, biography, name, voice, photograph and likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes without compensation, other than the value of the Prize offered, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised.
PUBLICITY RELEASE AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
19. The executed Contest Release must be returned within one (1) business day of the date of receipt by the selected eligible entrants or the selected eligible entrant shall be disqualified and the Prize forfeited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
20. The Sponsors are not responsible or liable for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, stolen, delayed, damaged or destroyed entries, notifications, replies or any Contest Release; for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, Internet Service Providers, websites or other connection, related to the Contest and/or the Contest Website; for errors of any kind, including but not limited to human, electronic, mechanical and/or technical in nature; for failure or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer and online systems, servers, computer equipment, software, e-mail, players, or browsers on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, the Contest Website, any related website, or any combination thereof or otherwise; for any injury or damage to entrant, entrant’s computer, or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading material in connection with the Contest; for incorrect or inaccurate information; and/or for weather conditions, event cancellations, delay or rescheduling or other factors beyond the Sponsors’ control.
DISQUALIFICATION
21. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or with the operation and administration of the Contest; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest; or in violation of the Official Contest Rules. The Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to criminal prosecution.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
22. By participating in the Contest, the entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal information by the Sponsors for the purpose of administering the Contest, awarding the Prize and announcing the Winner. Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used by the Sponsors in accordance with the privacy policy available at www.ottawasenators.com.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
23. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, logos, slogans and representations are owned by the Sponsors and/or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
GOVERNING LAW
24. The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Contest Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and the Sponsors in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.
25. Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify, amend or suspend the Contest and/or the Official Contest Rules in any way at any time for any reason without prior notice or compensation.
26. The provincial liquor authorities are not connected with this Contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way whatsoever with regard to any matter relating to this Contest.

Alberta Safeway – Molson Canadian Winter Jacket ISD Contest
(the “Contest”)
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on or around December 7th, 2008, receive one (1) Official Entry Form at participating Safeway Liquor Stores when you purchase one (1) Molson Canadian 24 can pack. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter without a purchase, ask the cashier for an entry unless otherwise specified. Clearly and legibly hand-print all required information on the Official Entry Form, sign it where indicated and deposit it in the Ballot Box at a participating location. Entries must be completed and submitted by the entrant him/herself. Only original, hand-printed entries will be eligible; no photocopies or other reproductions. Limit: one (1) entry per 24 can purchase or per request. All entries must be deposited by the close of business at participating locations on December 26, 2008.
2. PRIZES: There are ten (10) Prizes available to be won. Each Prize consists of one (1) Molson Canadian branded winter jacket. Promotional item may not be exactly as shown in promotional materials. Approximate value: $150.00 CAD.
3. DRAWING: On or around December 27, 2008, a random drawing will be conducted from the total entries received at each participating store. A selected entrant will be notified by telephone. To be declared a winner, a selected entrant must have correctly answered without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, the mathematical skill-testing question on the entry form. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within two (2) business days, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received at each participating location.
4. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, you must be a resident of Alberta and of the legal drinking age in the province in which you reside. You are not eligible if you are: a) an employee of Molson Canada 2005, (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, contest judging organization, any participating stores or the prize suppliers; b) an employee or contractor of a provincial liquor authority, a beer distribution company or a participating licensed establishment, or, in the case of residents of British Columbia, any provincial liquor authority or liquor licensee authorized by it; or c) a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons.
5. RELEASES, ETC.: Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant may be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a Release of Liability, releasing the Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies, contest judging organization, provincial liquor authorities, beer distribution companies, parent companies and affiliates of the foregoing and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Contest or the Prize. Declaration and Release documents must be returned within the time period indicated in the documents or the Prize will be forfeited.
6. PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest. By accepting a Prize, winners consent to the collection use and disclosure to the public of their names, addresses (city, province/territory), voices, statements and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any media or formats, including but not limited to the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent.
7. MISCELLANEOUS: Entrants who have not complied with these Official Contest Rules are subject to disqualification from this Contest and any future contest or other promotion conducted by Sponsor. Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equivalent monetary value if a Prize, or any part of a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prize will only be released to the verified winners. All decisions of Sponsor, or any contest judging organization designated by Sponsor, are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Sponsor and other Releasees will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected or late entries, which will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants.
8. RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR AMEND: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend this Contest at any time and without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Contest Rules. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
